LEV System Maintenance
RCS's maintenance and service team are always available to provide full and comprehensive support throughout Scotland and Northern England.
We offer a range of maintenance packages, from one-off site visits right through to complete annual maintenance contracts.
Maintenance is imperative for the safe and effective operation of any Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) system.
Maintenance of your LEV system includes:-

safe changes of any filters

safe emptying of waste collection devices

recycling or appropriate disposal of collected waste and contaminated filters

checking wear of drive belts, motors and pulley bearings

check wear of movable joints on flexible arms and capture hoods

keeping up to date maintenance and service records
LEV systems require maintenance to prevent significant and immediate consequences to both employee and environmental safety.

RCS can create an annual schedule of the necessary maintenance required to keep your system operating within the HSE and SEPA guidelines. This is included in your LEV Logbook.
We offer a range of maintenance packages, from one-off site visits right through to complete annual maintenance contracts.
Our Preventative Maintenance service comprises of routine checks and repairs suited to individual LEV systems.
